This FRIDAY, the guest speaker will be Brad Molnar from Laurel, Montana. He is the Public Service Commissioner for District 2 (Southeastern Montana).  
 
He will talk about the commission’s operations and oversight of public utilities such as the purchase of Mountain Water by the Carlyle Group.
 
District 4 encompasses Powell, Ravalli, Sanders, Lincoln, and Mineral counties in addition to Missoula. A PCS District Commissioner receives an annual salary of $94,500 and serves for a four year term.
